In 2015 I joined a new start-up as the first developer of the main company project : EasyBuild. We were using Unity to build an app on Google Tango device (a special phone with an infrared sensor). The project was targeting interior architects, real estate, furniture vendors (Ikea etc) and of course any individual. EasyBuild could generate a simplified 3D model and a 2D plan of a space. Thanks to a web portal, users could save and edit their projects via 3D tools, then see the changes back in reality via the AR app. This was allowed by Google Tango’s ability to recognize “reality”, meaning we could have a “persistent AR world”.
During 2 years I was the lead developer of a small team, improving my skills as a Unity developer and Augmented Reality UX designer.
